Return
Return information:
1) If You wish to return a purchased item, You are free to do this within 20 days from the date of payment of the item.
2) FREE returns.
3) When the buyer chooses to pick up the order at the store, return the order can be only in the store Gedimino pr. 5A VILNIUS LT01103 „United colors of Benetton“. In the case of returning the goods paid for the item / s is returned no later than 5 business days after the agreement on the return of the money. Cash refunded only to the account from which the order was paid.
4) The buyer can return shipments from all carriers in the Omniva parcel machine.
5) Click this link (link) or by visiting the www.flipo.lt page, the buyer can find our e-shop (benettonvilnius.lt) and do registration of the the returning goods.
6) Send the goods you want to return to: UAB BNA ERGO, Gedimino pr. 5A VILNIUS LT01103 or in the Omniva parcel machine to: VILNIUS VC 2000 Jogailos g. 4.
7) After filling return form, customer will get Omniva parcel machine code by SMS.
8) Pack the returned item and place it in the Omniva parcel machine.
9) The refund amount is deposited into the bank account specified by the customer within 5 days, after the goods will be refund to seller.
In case of a return, the Buyer shall comply with the following conditions:
- the returned item shall be placed in the original undamaged packaging;
- the item shall not be damaged;
- the item shall not be used and shall be undamaged;
- the item shall be unused and have the same marketable appearance (labels, protective film intact, etc.);
NOTE: women’s/men’s underwear, undershirts, swimming suits, swimming clothes, tights, stockings, socks, knee-high socks, nightwear, pyjamas, bras, waist-bands, corsets, lingerie, and similar articles cannot be returned or exchange for health or hygiene reasons in accordance with Article 6.22810.
